2018 Is Coming to a Close and We Are Ready to Usher in All That 2019 Has to Offer.

Before we hit the ground running, we took some time to review the resources we created for you in 2018 to see which were accessed, consumed, and shared the most. Here are four things we learned from this data that will help us as we determine how to be helpful and relevant in 2019:

  1. Practice managers are an indispensable force within medical groups of all sizes. They understand the industry, are often EHR and HealthIT super-users, interface with patients, and carry out functions that often include human resources, billing, customer service, and IT.
